1.To learn some new words and phrases

2. To practice listening.

3.To use “how many” to ask questions。

二、Teaching process: 

1.Show studying aims.

2.Lead-in

 T show some pictures about 1a ,then let Ss do 1a ,check the answers.

3. pair work 使用1a中所给的单词，两人一组表演1b的对话。

4. listening

1. 记者正在和Tina , Bill 讨论关于他们的生活习惯。听录音，完成1c.

2. 再听两遍对话，完成1d. Check like this:

A: How often does Tina exercise?        

B: She exercises every day.

5.group work 调查一下谁是班上较健康的学生，完成下表。

总结谁是较健康的学生。

I think…is the healthiest student. He /She plays …every day. He often eats…He/She sleeps …hours every night.
